At times during our Women of the Light meetings, we girls simply wait quietly upon the Lord. During one of those special evenings I heard the Lord give the following words of encouragement. I believe they will bless you!
"How do I lead you, My children? Is it by pressure or anxious thinking? Is it by worry and fear? Is it by a sense that if you don't make a decision in this moment that you will miss out on My will?
N0. It is in none of these ways that I lead My children! Rather, it is by peace, deep inner peace, and it is by My Spirit - that gentle knowing each day and each moment of each day, that I am leading you as a Shepherd leads His flock...with My purpose and plan in place!
Take no thought about tomorrow. Trust Me, that if I am the God of today, I am also the God of tomorrow. I will be with you! I know all your future events and needs. I am not "shook up" in any way! I have made provisions for every thing before you were conceived in the womb of your mother.
My ways are beyond finding out for the carnal mind, but for the child of My heart I do reveal My ways and My plans.
Rest in Me. Again I say, Rest in Me. Let no anxious thought trouble you or rob your peace. I will show you the way, as surely as My name is JESUS!"
